Jeyla's main goal has always been customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of your purchase. You can contact us @ returns@jeyla.com for approval of return as well as instructions on the returns procedure. Jeyla will issue a refund or exchange upon arrival of your returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

If you receive your item with any kind of damage, you must notify Jeyla within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise so that it can be refunded or exchanged.

 

Jeyla reserves to right to refuse returns if the item has been used or returned to Jeyla in  unsellable conditon.

 

Wholesale orders are not refundable unless preapproved. Customized jewelry is not refundable or might be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
